The Leadership Dojo begins a new segment this Friday!
My goal is to present every Friday an up-and-coming leader onto the show. This will be a less formal interview in which we get to know more about the leader’s story.
A Senpai literally means mentor or teacher. Imagine the hierarchy of a dojo. Sensei is the Dojo’s Master. A Senpai is like a black belt in that Dojo.
My daily commute has many twists and turns. The curvy roads are a great recipe for accidents.
The turtle appeared out of no where. I skidded to the shoulder and pulled over. I instantly thought, “this guy is gonna die on the road.”
Normally, I don’t pull over to help someone. Plus, the turtle didn’t deserve my help. He didn’t ask for it. He couldn’t return the favor.
But I did it anyway. It felt spectacular.
Here are some lessons from my experience.
